Job responsibilities will include (i) preparation of land acquisition and land sale contracts and related documents (amendments, escrow agreements, easements, etc.); (ii) preparation of contract summaries; (iii) review of title commitments, plats and surveys; (iv) preparation of title objection letters and resolution of title issues; (v) scheduling and facilitating real estate closings; (vi) preparation of deeds, other closing documents and closing instruction letters; (vii) review and preparation of homeowners’ association documents; (viii) maintenance of legal department reports; (ix) maintenance of land acquisition and other files; (x) assisting division personnel with sales and other operational issues; and (xi) handling other legal matters in support of PulteGroup’s land development and homebuilding business.
