Location: Wellsboro, PA 16901, USA As a Universal Banker you will provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our branch. Responsibilities Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and fostering a welcoming environment. Engage in meaningful conversations to fully understand customers’ financial needs. Accurately process transactions, new account openings, and other branch tasks in a timely manner. Promote C&N products and services by identifying cross‑sell and referral opportunities. Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as required, which may involve regional travel. Requirements You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of related experience and/or training, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
