Responsibilities Maintaining a high level of customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer‑focused environment. Actively engaging in meaningful conversation with customers in order to seek a thorough understanding of their complete financial needs. Accurately processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch related tasks in a timely and professional manner. Promoting C&N products and services by identifying cross‑sell and referral opportunities to meet customers’ needs. Providing support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region. Requirements You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
