Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal needed for small downtown Charleston civil litigation law firm. Candidate preferred to have paralegal certificate and should have minimum two years of related paralegal experience with strong personal skills and team player. Great opportunity for right candidate with established Charleston law firm. Experience needed: Paralegal certificate preferred. Prefer two or more years of litigation experience. Responsibilities: Assist with the drafting and reviewing legal documents Transcription File motions, notice depositions, draft subpoenas, and other litigation and trial support Maintain/monitor dockets and scheduling orders Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Time Matters, TABS and other legal software programs Familiarity with State and Federal Courts and e-filing processes Familiar with discovery tasks and trial preparation Able to handle large document production cases for a busy team Benefits include health insurance and profit sharing participation, parking #J-18808-Ljbffr Seibels Law Firm
