School Occupational Therapist - Gilbert, Arizona

Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Arizona OT licensure
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (required for employment)
• Experience serving school-aged populations, preferably in collaborative, multi-campus environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and commitment to meeting diverse student needs across a range of ages and abilities

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students from Pre-K to 12th grade, providing assessment, intervention, and ongoing support to enhance their ability to access educational experiences
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in student support meetings as needed
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to fit varying settings and student profiles
• Manage a caseload with flexibility regarding specific school assignments (to be determined)
