HR Coordinator (Bilingual)
Salary: $21-$29/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Support and enhance onboarding processes through HR technology and workflow improvements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities.
• Partner with HR leadership on recruiting strategy and workforce initiatives.
• Utilize Paylocity and other HR systems to support talent acquisition and employee processes.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Prior recruiting and/or onboarding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
