Human Resources Coordinator

Parallel Employment is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator for a client located in Stoughton, WI. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day HR support and help keep employee-related processes organized and running smoothly. You'll work closely with the HR Business Partner and interact with employees and other members of the organization. This position is temporary but could be direct hire for the right candidate.


Responsibilities
• Supporting routine HR activities and administrative processes
• Communicating information clearly and professionally with employees and management
• Assisting with employee documentation and HR records
• Helping coordinate HR-related processes and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate and organized information
• Providing general administrative support to the HR function
• Handling sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Working collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and other departments

Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Professional, approachable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous HR or related administrative experience preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
