Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Product & Services to join a dynamic biotech company that is experiencing rapid growth. Based within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in cutting-edge fields such as immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, exploring new business opportunities, and managing negotiations to secure contracts. Your efforts will support the company’s branding activities and enhance market awareness through attendance at trade shows and relevant conferences.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
Responsibilities Your duties as the Business Development Manager – Product & Services will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: Develop a strong understanding of the science and business landscape within immuno-oncology and related fields to drive strategic growth. Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships. Manage the negotiation process and secure contracts to meet sales targets. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and identify new market opportunities. As the Business Development Manager you will support the marketing team in branding efforts to increase marketplace visibility. Role Requirements To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Development Manager – Product & Services we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: A Degree or higher level in a bioscience field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences). Proven interest in learning advances in biopharmaceutical science and business. Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with top scientists and industry professionals.
