Job Title Construction Manager – Data & Telecommunications Infrastructure Location Houston, TX (Travel Required) Company Wireless Integration Partners (WIP) Position Summary Wireless Integration Partners (WIP) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of structured cabling, fiber optic, wireless, DAS, and low-voltage infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, safety, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple structured cabling and telecommunications projects simultaneously. Direct field supervisors, lead technicians, subcontractors, and project teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocations. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders. Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, and material usage. Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and customer requirements. Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and quality inspections. Identify project risks and implement corrective action plans. Oversee procurement and coordination of materials and equipment. Review daily reports, change orders, punch lists, and project closeout documentation. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage construction. 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or telecommunications projects. Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors. Strong understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, wireless networks, iDAS, oDAS and telecommunications infrastructure. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations. Experience with project scheduling and budgeting. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, or similar project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish) Preferred Experience Stadiums and large public venues Corporate campuses Industrial and manufacturing facilities Preferred Certifications

BICSI Technician or RCDD PMP (Project Management Professional) Physical Requirements Ability to travel to multiple project sites. Ability to walk active construction sites and climb ladders when necessary. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally. Some travel is required.
