508dentist is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office environment
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
• Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and demographic information
• Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients to encourage appointment compliance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
