As part of our ULTRUS software marketing team, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of ULTRUS ComplianceWire, our FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 validated learning and compliance management software built specifically for life sciences and other highly regulated industries—trusted by 23 of the top 50 global life sciences companies, supporting 1.6 million users worldwide, and delivering 800+ million trainings over its lifetime. The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).#LI-SG2#LI-Hybrid Creates the Marketing demand generation strategy and execution for the industry-leading ULTRUS ComplianceWire enterprise software for respective target audiences.Collaborates with business leaders, sales, and product management to understand the product roadmap, competitive landscape, and key business challenges, driving demand in alignment with organizational goals and strategies.Partner with Product Marketing to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen positioning, support go‑to‑market strategies, fuel demand generation, and help translate technical capabilities into compelling, audience‑ready narratives.Plans and oversees marketing investments, manages budget execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement and delivery of annual pipeline targets.
