Operations Manager and Purchasing

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of fabricating systems, logistics, inventory control, procurement, contract negotiation, sourcing, and supply chain management.

Duties:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of products- Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures- Collaborate with suppliers to procure materials at competitive prices- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers- Optimize supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize profitability- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards- Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of fabricating systems, logistics, inventory control, procurement, contract negotiation, sourcing, and supply chain management- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations- Exceptional problem-solving abilities- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to speak and read Spanish at near fluent levels required
