Branding Operations Specialist

Description

This role supports the branding operations team responsible for applying advisor-specific branding to client statements and communications. The position involves working with inbound branding elements (logos, content) and ensuring they are accurately formatted and applied across statements and letters. The role requires a high level of attention to detail due to the sensitivity of branding accuracy and the direct advisor-facing nature of the work. Most communication is conducted via email, and no phone interaction is required for contractors. Responsibilities include working within Excel, Smartsheet, Photoshop (for formatting only), and internal tools to process branding updates, maintain data accuracy, and meet tight deadlines. Candidates will also support efforts related to upcoming organizational changes (Commonwealth transition), requiring adaptability and process adherence.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
