- Creating and maintaining bill uploads.
- Entering approved bills into the financial system.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities in large data files.
- Assisting in general job costing and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or 5 years of applicable experience allowed in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to communicate clearly with others.
- Displays high levels of organization.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Experience handling large data files is a plus.
