Program Manager, JourneymanTorch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager, Journeyman to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Electronic Systems PEO (AFLCMC/ES) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Electronic Systems System (ESS) Division aka Force Protection Division's mission responsibility is to manage and execute the modernization, design, development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of the various software and hardware within the ESS Portfolio.As a Program Manager, Journeyman your duties include, but are not limited to:Support Government Program Managers in executing acquisition programs in accordance with FAR, DoWI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidance and regulationsPlan, research, analyze, and assess acquisition projects to support cost, schedule, and performance objectivesProvide acquisition program management support to Program Managers and IPT Leads to maintain acquisition battle rhythm and deliver operational capabilitySupport development and review of acquisition documentation including Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans, milestone briefings, and other program documentationAssist with preparation and review of acquisition reports including DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs, and other statutory and regulatory documentationSupport program risk management activities including risk identification, analysis, handling, monitoring, and execution of risk management boards and working groupsDevelop and support briefings, schedules, status reports, graphics, and acquisition documentation for senior leadershipSupport source selection activities including development of evaluation criteria, RFP documentation, CDRLs, SOWs, and source selection support documentationReview acquisition and program documentation to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with applicable guidanceSupport implementation and execution of acquisition and development processes in coordination with Government and contractor personnelAssist with program integration activities, contractor deliverable tracking, and schedule managementSupport preparation and submission of funding documentation including Purchase Requests, MIPRs, and related acquisition documentationMonitor and support interface control and coordination between program systems and stakeholdersProvide guidance on acquisition policies, procedures, and program management best practicesSupport operational planning, capability development, event integration, analysis, and reporting activitiesMaintain awareness of DoW acquisition reform initiatives and recommend process improvements where applicableRequired Qualifications:U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoW, OR7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoWDoW acquisition program management support across the acquisition lifecycleKnowledge of FAR, DoWI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and related acquisition guidanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and present briefings to senior leadershipStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teamsProgram risk management and acquisition reportingCost, schedule, and performance managementDevelopment and review of acquisition documentation and milestone packagesExperience supporting IPTs, PMRs, and acquisition reviewsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cloud-based systemsExperience with acquisition and financial systems, including CCaR, IDECS, EDA, and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of EVM analysis and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Travel to customer site may be required.Must have and maintain an Active Secret ClearanceSchedule: 40 Hrs/weekWork Location: Onsite at Hanscom AFB, MATravel: Yes, 10%Relocation Assistance Available: NoPosition Contingent Upon Award of Contract: NoSalary Range : $115,000 - $125,000The salary range information is a general guideline only.
