Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Blazer Jobs is excited to announce contract opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows for the 2026–2027 school year in partnership with one of Florida’s largest and most dynamic school districts. With several positions available, support students in a collaborative, forward-thinking, and student-focused environment. Both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates are encouraged to apply, and supervision for Clinical Fellows is already in place. Positions are available onsite, hybrid, or as travel roles—with tax-free stipends for travelers—offering great flexibility and work-life balance. This role is offered on a W2 contract and features a competitive hourly pay range from $55 to $60, based on experience.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Hold or be eligible for Florida SLP licensure
• SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome; CF supervision provided
• Previous schools-based experience is a plus, but open to new graduates
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work onsite, in hybrid settings, or in a travel capacity

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across assigned schools
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders
