Step into a rewarding full-time contract role providing vital services to students as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in the West Palm Beach area. Multiple openings are available across several school sites for the 2026-2027 school year, with full-time schedules (35 hours per week) and supervision provided specifically for SLP-CFs. This is an on-site only opportunity—virtual candidates will not be considered.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver services to diverse K-12 student populations. Assignments and caseloads will vary based on your preferred locations, allowing for experience with different age groups and communication needs. Credentialing is streamlined for those with recent Florida school district experience, and all assignments ensure robust mentorship and training for clinical fellows.

Key Qualifications:

• Provisional Speech-Language Pathologist license from the Florida Department of Health (active and in good standing)
• Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Availability for full-time, on-site work (no virtual roles)
• Ability to obtain/verify Florida DOH fingerprints; flexible process for candidates with prior Florida school district clearance
• Commitment to completing internal video interview and onboarding requirements promptly
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; experience in school settings is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnostic, intervention, and consultative speech-language services to students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and parents
• Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district policies
• Receive ongoing supervision and mentorship throughout your CF year
