Senior Manager, HR Shared Services (HR Operations) Location: Deer Park, TX 77536 Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Compensation: $175,000 $180,000 base + 20% bonus Lead the Build. Not Just the Function. This is not a steady-state HR operations role. We are looking for a senior HR leader who can step into a complex environment, stabilize what exists today, and thoughtfully build what comes next. You will lead an evolving HR Shared Services function supporting a large-scale business integration working across teams, systems, and processes that are still taking shape.
