About the Company Our client is a premium fresh food retailer known for their excellent quality, deep product expertise, and hospitality-forward environment. They are a well-known and trusted name in fresh food, with stores in select locations on the east coast. Looking to the future, they are seeking a President to help scale their high-standard, founder-driven business into a durable enterprise capable of selective growth while preserving the high quality, culture, and customer-focus that defines the brand. About the Role The President will report to the Owner and oversee all enterprise operations – retail stores (currently ~10 stores), commissary/food production, supply chain & distribution, marketing/brand, HR, IT, and Finance. Qualifications 15+ years of operational leadership in a multi-location fresh food retail and/or distribution environment. Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience - overseeing and collaborating across all functions. Experience in a high-end hospitality or brand-driven business. Demonstrated success partnering directly with a founder, owner, or CEO in scaling and professionalizing an organization.
