Job Title: General Production Worker / Food Production Associate Job Description

This role supports a fast-paced food manufacturing operation by preparing, assembling, and packaging food products while consistently maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. You work as part of a collaborative team to ensure products are made accurately, packaged correctly, and meet all regulatory and company requirements.

• Prepare and assemble food products according to established specifications and recipes.
• Accurately add ingredients in the correct quantities and sequence to ensure product consistency.
• Package finished products for distribution using appropriate materials and methods.
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Follow all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including regular cleaning tasks as needed.
• Work in refrigerated production environments when required by the specific assignment.
• Support production goals by meeting established output and efficiency targets.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Adhere to all facility rules and guidelines, including PPE and GMP requirements.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfort working in a food manufacturing setting, including refrigerated areas when needed.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required by production tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a structured environment.
• Attention to detail when preparing, assembling, packaging, and inspecting products.

• Previous experience in restaurant, food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor roles is preferred.
• Experience with food preparation, production, packaging, and product inspection is a plus.
• General production and general labor experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcomed.
• Comfort working under GMP standards and following strict food safety protocols.

The role is based in a food manufacturing facility that operates in a structured, process-driven setting. Some positions require working in refrigerated areas, so comfort with cooler temperatures is important. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and GMP standards must be followed at all times to ensure product safety and quality. The dress code in production areas prohibits jewelry, fake nails, and false eyelashes to maintain strict hygiene standards. Shifts are available between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with Sunday through Thursday schedules and both full-time and part-time options. Certain areas of the facility are refrigerated, and employees should be prepared for a fast-paced environment focused on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
