Responsibilities & Requirements
CRM Administrator, Kettering Medical Center, Kettering, OH. Lead usage & operation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Responsible for day-to-day operations & strategy implementation in CRM system in Enrollment Management for Kettering College. Responsible for PR activities & events & recruitment on & off campus. Create communication strategies & content, reporting, training & management of system. Work closely with Kettering College IS/IT & Student Services to ensure processes are effective & efficient or need to be adjusted or created. Assist Assoc Dean in tracking effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Work in Office of Admissions. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's in BA, HR Management, Admin, or related & 1 yr of related professional experience, including 1 yr exp w/each of the following: CRM software; Customer Service; Operational Improvement; MS Office; project organization; product configuration; report building; system monitoring; & requirements analysis.
