Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
• Competence with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt educational materials and sessions to diverse learning needs

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify students’ needs
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Providing direct therapy services, both individual and small-group, targeted to each student's goals
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Supporting school staff with resources and strategies for fostering communication success within and beyond the classroom
