Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY applicants are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles is highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned students
• Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families regarding goals, progress, and strategies
