This position is perfect for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) who have expertise in both school-based and pediatric environments, and experience with teletherapy and healthcare settings.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (for SLP roles) or an associate/bachelor’s and state licensure (for SLPA roles)
• Valid state licensure for Ohio and, if required, ASHA certification (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in schools, healthcare facilities, or teletherapy services
• Comfortable providing services to pediatric populations with diverse speech and language needs
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with educators, parents, and support staff
• New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome, as are experienced professionals

Your Role Will Include:
• Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students, individually and in groups
• Assessing, diagnosing, and creating individualized treatment plans
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing compliance documentation
• Utilizing teletherapy tools as needed to reach students virtually
• Guiding or supervising SLPAs as applicable
