Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs, or associate/bachelor’s degree for SLPAs
• State licensure or eligibility to practice in the state as an SLP or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
• Comfortable providing services to pediatric populations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services, including in-person and/or teletherapy sessions
• Document progress, generate reports, and maintain records in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Consult with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Serve as an advocate for students’ communication needs and participate in IEP meetings
