Plus, earn merit-based raises based on your performance.What You'll Do:Perform pre-admission evaluations for the appropriateness of services.Initiates the admission process by educating and informing patients/families of its services.Obtains informed consentProvides nursing assessment, initial plan of care, and intervention(s) that optimize patient and family-directed comfort and quality of life.Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited registered nursing programLicensed as a registered nurse in the state of practiceMust possess current CPR Certification1 year of Hospice experience, preferredMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrantMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, visitors, agency personnel, and the general publicMust be knowledgeable of quality assessment and assurance proceduresThis is your opportunity to do work that truly matters — right now.
