MLR is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical RN to join our client's compassionate healthcare team near Espanola, NM!
Required Qualifications for Registered Nurse:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid temporary or compact RN license to practice in New Mexico.
- Current CPR certification or proof of active enrollment in a certification course.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
- Stay informed about nursing best practices and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
