Registered Nurse – Ortho Inpatient

Our Inpatient Orthopedic unit delivers hands-on, compassionate care to post-surgical and trauma patients. As a valued RN on this unit, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and fellow nurses to drive exceptional outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to orthopedic and trauma patients
• Assist with post-surgical care, including pain management, wound care, and mobility support
• Guide patients and families through recovery with clear, compassionate communication
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate on care plans
• Document care accurately and contribute to unit goals related to safety, quality, and satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• At least one year of experience in acute care, surgical, or orthopedic nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with a team-focused mindset
