FullTime Nanny Position

Overview Full-Time Nanny Opportunity | Location: Lutz, FL | Pay: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience A warm and easygoing family in Lutz is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and calm nanny to care for their 4-month-old son. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting their developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. Responsibilities Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM Provide attentive care for a 4-month-old, including feeding, diapering, naps, and interactive play Engage in developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning Maintain a calm and positive presence Keep the play area and common spaces tidy, cleaning up after playtime and meals During nap times, assist with baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles, cleaning baby dishes, tidying the play area, and doing/putting away the baby’s laundry Communicate openly with parents and be receptive to feedback Practice safe hygiene, including consistent handwashing Comfortable spending time in the home’s lanai or outdoor area; neighborhood walks may be introduced once trust is established Work respectfully alongside work-from-home parents and maintain professionalism Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work Previous infant care experience required Reliability is essential Strong communication skills and attentiveness CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references) Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play Non-Smoker Compensation $19 - $21 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Pinellas County - Sarasota
