Administer contracts through negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, status reporting, product delivery, and closeout. Required Qualifications Skills - Minimum of 5 Years Experience US Citizenship is required. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Experience in contracts, proposals, and business operations management required. Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.) and knowledge of various contract types, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, and OTA. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of government contractor management ERP systems; experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems preferred. Ability to work closely with operating management and other corporate functions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform effectively under deadline pressure. Typical workloads may include overseeing multiple concurrent contracts and proposals on tight schedules, with frequent deadlines tied to federal proposal submissions and contract modifications. Applicants should be comfortable managing priorities during periods of high volume, where several key deliverables can be due in the same week. Preferred Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance Certifications (preferred): NCMA CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM Commercial contracting experience considered a plus Travel Infrequent Requirements - US Citizen / Secret Infrequent U.S. Citizenship Yes Minimum Clearance Applicants are required to have, at a minimum, a SECRET clearance. Compensation Compensation at CSCI is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of CSCI’s total compensation package.
