OVERVIEW:
Ascendance is looking for an experienced, full-time Service Warranty Administrator. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and close customer pay and warranty repair orders with precision
• File OEM warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review invoices to confirm labor, parts, fluids, and sublets are properly applied
• Code and submit claims following OEM and SRT guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in the business systems
• Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor standards
• Act as the key liaison between Ascendance and OEM warranty departments
• Track parts returns and monitor claim progress

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-year fleet or dealership experience

LICENSES/EDUCATION/TRAINING:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
