Warehouse CoordinatorEnsure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation, and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse.Essential DutiesAssist manager with daily tasks.Load and unload trucks.Control the inventory.Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized.Manage tool and supply requisitions.Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed.Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation.Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash.Complete warehouse safety audits per Fujitec safety standards.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties.Direct Reports0 - NoneJob Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum 1 year in relatedCertifications: Forklift OperationRequires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.Local Travel Expectations: 25-50%Skills/Core CompetenciesTechnical Professional KnowledgeTeamwork and CooperationCommunicationPerformance MotivationInitiativeAdaptabilityPractical LearningPlanning and OrganizingWork Environment and ExpectationsWhen the employee has cause to visit a work site, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions. The noise in the work environment is often loud.Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours.
