Papa Gino's Pizza Dough ProductionTo produce and pack pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurant.Runs food processing and dough making equipment.Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough.Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate.Cuts dough up to 600 pounds per batch.Packs dough in dough boxes and labels boxes. Puts dough in walk in refrigerator.Washes dough boxes.Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment.Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all floors.RequirementsRegular and reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with team members and guests.Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members and guests.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds.Ability to stand, lift, and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day.Ability to work early morning hours sometimes before 6am
