Join Our Client as an an Industrial Engineer in Maple Plain, MN innovative med-tech startup! We seek a driven pro with 5+ years of industrial engineering experience, strong CAD/SolidWorks skills, and Lean/DMAIC expertise to scale manufacturing & optimize surgical device production.

responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational performance.
- Analyze manufacturing workflows, line balancing, and labor utilization to build robust capacity models, production strategies, and staffing plans.
- Conduct value stream mapping, time studies, and structured problem-solving to eliminate production bottlenecks and lower cycle times.
- Manage strategic operational improvement projects from concept through execution, delivering gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to support process validation, improve manufacturability, and scale production.
