Construction Senior Project Manager The Construction Senior Project Manager will take leadership in the development of the company's growth across a variety of markets. This will include working with pre‑construction, managing subcontractors, and working with new and existing clients to cultivate strong working relationships. Healthcare or K‑12 project experience is ideal for this role but not a must. Responsibilities Lead development of the company's growth across multiple markets. Work with pre‑construction teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with new and existing clients. Support the recruitment and establishment of a new project management team. Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified, preferably within construction space. Clear track record of managing construction projects from design to completion, including both ground‑up and renovation projects. Experience in pre‑construction and design‑build preferred. Leadership experience of teams, with a strong emphasis on building new teams. Benefits & Compensation Salary base ranging from $110,000 to $130,000. Competitive salary with benefits and year‑end bonuses. Reports directly to the President/Owner.
