Senior Relationship Strategist - PNC Private Bank

Senior Relationship Strategist within PNC's Private Bank organization, based in Troy, Michigan. Responsibilities Lead client management activities and develop a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients. Accountable for ongoing exceptional client experience and managing a book of business. May assist in developing team members. Coordinate with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs and deliver an exceptional client experience. Review needs assessment with clients to determine changes. Ensure strong client commitment by delivering proactive and responsive service. Hold accountable for growth of the book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition. Develop and execute strategies for sourcing new relationships and confirm expansion opportunities. Manage risk through appropriate client selection and ensure service delivery consistent with fees. Escalate client concerns with risk partners for quick resolution. Make business‑appropriate introductions. Maintain timely, accurate sales and client relationship management administration tasks, execute team processes, and may train, coach, and/or mentor other team members. May participate in special projects. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant industry experience; university degree preferred (Masters or higher desired). Strong knowledge of financial products, client relationship building, and business development. Excellent decision‑making, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to assess and manage risk. Ability to work effectively across multiple priorities.
