The facility has cardiovascular surgical patients in the ICU along with trauma, and a blended ICU with a vast vareity of patients. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Nurse, ICU Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Prior Travel experience Preferred Qualifications TNCC strongly preferred AZ or compact license CVICU (Open Heart) experience Facility Location Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. “London Bridge” which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu.
