Accounting Manager

In this role, you’ll run the full accounting function, work directly with ownership, and have a real voice in how the business operates. Responsibilities: You’ll be the financial backbone of the company, responsible for all day‑to‑day and month‑end accounting activities, including: Full-cycle accounting ownership Accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment application Month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations General Ledger maintenance Preparation of basic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) Bank and credit card reconciliations Cash flow tracking and reporting directly with ownership Coordination with external CPA for year-end close and tax support Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Hands‑on role where accuracy, organization, and initiative prevail!
