Sales Operations Manager

Sales Operations Manager Opportunity Opportunity with a growing manufacturer in the PEMB space seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead internal sales execution and support functions. This role oversees Inside Sales and Project Management while driving process improvements across the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle. This is a high-impact position focused on building structure, improving workflows, and strengthening coordination between sales, operations, and production. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Inside Sales and Project Management teams Oversee sales execution from contract through project delivery Build structure, accountability, and performance standards across teams Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Standardize workflows across quoting, order management, and coordination Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and production Track KPIs such as order cycle time, backlog, and team productivity Partner cross-functionally with engineering and leadership Qualifications 5+ years in sales operations, inside sales, project management, or similar Experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams Strong process improvement and workflow optimization background Experience in PEMB, construction, steel, or manufacturing preferred Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Why is This a Great Opportunity Newly created need with strong visibility to leadership Opportunity to build structure where it currently does not exist Direct impact on sales performance and operational execution Growing company with leadership actively investing in process improvement Role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and project delivery
