We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, vibrant culture, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships with suppliers and partners.Position SummaryThe Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe transport of commercial kitchen equipment and the efficient organization and preparation of warehouse inventory. This individual works closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to client job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate company box truck to deliver commercial equipment to customer sitesSafely load and unload truck using appropriate tools and lifting techniquesMaintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movementAssist with general warehouse duties, including receiving and staging outbound shipmentsEnsure vehicle and equipment are kept in clean, working conditionFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAdapt to changing schedules and work overtime (including weekends) as needed to support business demandsRequired QualificationsExperience in delivery or warehouse operations preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to operate pallet jacks or lift equipment (certification a plus)Flexible schedule availability early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no current supervisory responsibilities.Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWork EnvironmentThis role operates in both warehouse and field environments. In the warehouse, the associate may be exposed to noise, fluctuating temperatures, and moving equipment. During deliveries, work may take place at commercial job sites, which can vary in terms of conditions and accessibility. The role requires adaptability to both indoor and outdoor environments, including inclement weather.Physical DemandsProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of trucksUse of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move large itemsLifting.
