We are seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused servers who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

The Server is responsible for providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave the restaurant. Successful candidates are friendly, organized, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent full-service restaurant serving experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous seafood or upscale casual dining experience is preferred
• Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must meet all state and local alcohol service requirements

• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional greeting.
• Build rapport with guests and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Explain menu items, daily features, and beverage offerings with confidence.
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Effectively upsell appetizers, desserts, specialty cocktails, wine, and premium menu selections.
• Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Support fellow team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training.
