Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, solutions, and recommendations

• Accurately complete service documentation and work orders

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting methods

• EPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
