Utility Foreman

Dynamic Concepts

Utility Team Supervisor

Positions available for a self-starting, self-managing, motivated individual to lead a utility team in the installation of conduit systems and manholes. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. This is a working supervisor's position who will work "hands on" with your crew. Supervisors are expected to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Required Skills

Be familiar with installation procedures for PVC and fiberglass conduit
Manage the use of heavy equipment by operators
Read drawings and be able to understand grade
Adhere and promote all company safety policies and procedures
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clearly fill out time sheets and cost coding along with daily work logs
Attend daily progress meetings as required
