Required Experience & Skills
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency using hand tools, drills, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assemble metal components and finished products according to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished products to verify quality and dimensional accuracy
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies Preferred Experience
• Experience using calipers and micrometers preferred Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
