A Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) located in Missoula, Montana. This position involves assisting in surgical procedures, managing instruments, and maintaining sterile environments within the labor and delivery department of a busy healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their credentialed surgical technician license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Credentialed surgical technician program certification, basic operating room experience, no specific years of experience required, Montana license required.
• Preferred Qualifications: OB (obstetrics) experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include running the operating room case, taking instruments to sterile processing, stocking rooms, attending deliveries, and collecting specimens. Orientation sessions are scheduled for multiple dates. Equipment used includes Ligasure and Berkeley, with patient care managed via Cerner and Fetalink electronic health record systems.
