Essential Functions and Duties

·         Operate our keg filler within parameters set by quality control and production

·         Help develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures to optimize performance within safety parameters

·         Identify all kegs being filled with accurate information

·         Operate CIP (clean-in-place) equipment to ensure cleanliness of machine

·         Warehousing and rotation of product being produced

·         External cleaning of incoming cooperage

·         Accurate reporting of production on a daily basis

·         Transport kegs to warehouse on an as-needed basis

·         Help maintain lean manufacturing practices

·         General cleanliness of work area

·         Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions

·         Light preventative maintenance as needed, including assisting maintenance team as needed

·         Assist on the bottling line as needed

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience

One year of working experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Required Qualifications

·         Ability to operate in a team environment

·         Basic math and computer skills

·         Ability to record accurate data

·         Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, as needed (including weekends)

·         Must be able to reach, bend, stand, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

·         Tow motor certification
