Group Account Director

For our client, we are seeking a Group Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Washington, DC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Create comprehensive account plans for diverse client portfolios Drive portfolio growth and identify service expansion opportunities Design portfolio performance tracking systems for operational and financial metrics Generate performance reports and dashboards across multiple clients Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks Build high-performing teams with actionable career development plans Facilitate strong internal stakeholder management and collaboration Qualifications 10+ years of executive leadership in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate Proven experience managing multiple diverse client accounts Strong background in portfolio performance management with KPIs and reporting systems Experience with complex budgets exceeding $50M across multiple clients Ability to identify and implement new product and service offerings for client value Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
