Treasury Analyst

About the Role The Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury team in achieving its global tasks. Key responsibilities span cash management, reporting, data visualization, forecasting, and operational banking activities. Responsibilities Cash Management: compile daily cash data, prepare Treasury wire forms, and support inter‑company settlements. Reporting: extract and analyze Treasury‑related data, compile outputs, and draft recommendation insights for Treasury and Finance decision‑making. Data Visualization: build clear charts and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to communicate insights. Cash Analytics, Forecasting, and Planning: perform cash lookback, summarize variances, support 13‑week cash forecasting and longer‑term cash planning, document assumptions, and highlight risks or opportunities. DSO and Collections Reporting: track target achievement, analyze collection trends, summarize drivers and exceptions. Operational Bank Account Management: support banking access, issue resolution, and handle rejected payments/receipts and check inquiries. Bank KYC: support KYC processes and resolve operational issues with banks. Special Projects: assist with M&A support, process improvements, and Treasury technology enhancements, including analysis, documentation, and implementation support. Other duties as directed by senior Treasury staff or the Treasurer. What You’ll Do Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, recommend process improvements, and expand Treasury knowledge. Over time, take increasing ownership of recurring reporting, forecasting components, and stakeholder interactions under senior leadership guidance. What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Statistics, or a related field. Authorization to work full‑time in the United States; visa sponsorship not available. Preferred: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, and other MS Office tools. Affinity for continuous learning, strong receptive to training, and a passion for reporting and data storytelling. Exposure to Treasury systems, banking portals, or enterprise financial data environments. Excellent verbal and written communication ability to articulate complex topics clearly. Capacity to manage deadlines, multi‑task projects, and recognize when to escalates. Strong interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent service to internal customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Attention to detail and dependable execution. Compensation Minimum Pay: $66,000. Maximum Pay: $113,500. The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role; actual compensation is determined by location, experience, and other factors.
