Clinic Admissions Associate Location: North Houston, TX Job ID: 31494 Openings: 1 Opening Overview: As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident each step of the way. What You’ll Do Perform day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management, tracking people and resources, and communicating with referral sources. Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Develop expertise in autism to help families understand our services and how we can help them. Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
