About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Total Rewards to lead the strategic design, operational execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring competitive offerings that attract, retain, and engage top talent, and maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role requires a leader with a strong background in both executive and broad-based compensation, as well as experience in benefits strategy, design, and administration. The AVP will also be involved in preparing materials for board-level committees, presenting to senior executives, and leading a high-performing total rewards team. Candidates for the AVP, Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 7 years' of progressive total rewards experience, including 5 years' in a leadership role within a large, complex healthcare organization. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in compensation expertise, team leadership, and strong project management skills. The AVP will be expected to drive operational excellence, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as ensure the organization's total rewards programs align with its strategic goals of creating value for patients and populations. The position is pivotal in the company's mission to provide the highest standards of safe, evidence-based, quality care and to create a personalized and outcome-oriented experience for the diverse communities it serves.
